Logitech’s new commercial using Kevin Bacon to represent their Revue with Google TV has been a huge hit recently. It totally explains what its total intent is; eventually transforming you into a technology obsessed couch potato. Google TV combines your internet, a TV cam and a TV connection all into one box and a fancy keyboard. You can also control your Google TV experience as well as your TV, AV receiver and set-top box, all from your Android phone, iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. This Harmony App turns on all necessary devices and gives you control of your home entertainment system, including volume and video playback.
Kevin Bacon did an excellent job portraying one of his ultimate die hard fans. We all know of someone whose home contains an homage to a celebrity who has touched their hearts so deeply. If you own a Revue yourself, do you see yourself turning into an Ivan Cobenk?
