VC Installation Technician
|
- Must have advanced knowledge in Videoconferencing, IP/ISDN Networks, Network Design, Gateways, Gatekeepers, Firewalls and digital circuit technology and or data is a plus.
- Must be able to complete full installation and training for most videoconferencing makes and models, peripherals and networks.
- Candidates should have experience in installing audio-visual systems, including LCD/DLP/CRT projection systems, terminating video/audio cabling and installing components such as wall plates, speakers, cameras and projection screens.
- Ability to trouble-shoot basic audio, video, and control system problems is a requirement.
- Comfortable presenting to various audiences including senior management, administrative assistants, and technical employees.
- Be willing to work in a fast paced, high energy environment.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills & work well in a team environment.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all customers, manufacturers and vendors.
- Traveling is a requirement.
